Pulsing Back to Basics

August 5, 2018

"Simplicity, carried to an extreme, becomes elegance" - John Franklin

Cycling into this weeks’ theme of Elegance, we pay respect to the steady rhythm of a ‘forward & up’ pulse along our (r)evolutionary journey.

Honoring how the subtleties & simple gestures usher forward the biggest reward, let us look further to our broadening horizons and acknowledge the inevitable longterm benefits of day to day committed choices.  Every time we dig in to our roots just a little deeper, each unfurling of our wings reaching for ever expanding heights, we prioritize the power of simplicity, enriching our limitless experience of this incredibly rewarding path.

We are still realizing the magnitude and impact of what a committed practice can reveal to the world. But not one advancing practice can sustain without truly upholding the integrity of the basics, the simplicities, taken to a healthy extreme of ‘root, rise, repeat’.

As we grow into our own dynamic & radial nature of interconnection, we are evermore held in the grace of our focused & fluid trajectory.  Are you noting the subtle shifts in your moment to moment existence?  Have you felt lighter on your feet? Less triggered by your usual hot buttons? More hopeful, visionary, and empowered to go after your dreams?

As you step on your mats this week, take a pause with yourself & inventory your incredible efforts to recognize & allow the elegance of your inherent divine nature to work its way to your surface with every root & rise pulsation.  Levity is yours, an incredible lightness of being results with a routine of mindful practices holding us accountable to realize our fullest potential.  We’ll see you on the mat this week, refining and polishing our radiance together, one breath at at time.
