While the Bowspring practice is built on a foundation of yoga, the alignment has been restructured to balance the challenges of our modern sedentary lifestyle - like sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day. This practice does more than strengthen the body—it helps develop self-awareness and connection between the body and the mind.
Vital’s Corporate Wellness program is an incredible way to show your employees how much you value them. Classes are designed to give employees tools to align their bodies not only during class, but throughout the workday, helping them to offset the side effects from sitting for long periods of time.
Typical classes are one hour long, suitable for all fitness levels, and can be held at your office. Most companies choose to offer 2 classes per week so employees can fit a workout into their schedule. Non-physical stress management, nutrition and meditation workshops are also available.
